Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) in primary forms, used in plastic films, packaging, squeeze bottles, and agricultural mulch film.
Gulf petrochemical plants produce LDPE pellets from ethane at globally competitive costs, supplying converters across Asia, Africa, and Europe. The pellets are blown into cling film, shopping bags, greenhouse covers, and the agricultural mulch sheets that retain soil moisture for crops. LDPE is also extruded into wire and cable insulation for the electrical industry.
